Dagupan Chinese New Year Celebration Schedule Theme: “Understanding the Chinese Culture” January 23, 2012 Whole-day  –  Chinese food fair showcasing local Chinese restaurants and a lucky charm merchandise bazaar at the Senior Citizens Park in the Dagupan City Plaza. “Tikoy” will be given away to anyone in the audience via a raffle draw, aside from the 2,400 one-sixth kilogram pieces paired with a packed drink allotted by the organizers for free taste.   3pm – Parade by different Chinese associations with the Dragon and Lion dancers from the Philippine Kian Tiak Institute of Tarlac in front. Dragon dance route is from Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Poblacion Oeste  to Burgos Street, turn left to Perez Boulevard, then turn left again to M.H. Del Pilar St., and head straight to the City Plaza via A.B. Fernandez Avenue. 7pm – Program at the Dagupan City Plaza with presentations from PUI and Oakridge International School . 10pm – Grand Fireworks Displa
