What's Up Dagupan?

The Dagupan Bangus Festival 2012 Photo Contest Mechanics: OPEN to all professional and amateur photographers. Two Categories: Street Dancing Competition and Catch All . Registration fee is P100. Includes an official Dagupan Bangus Festival ID, 4 photo entries (maximum of 2 entries per category).  Entries shall be submitted at the Museo na Dagupan. Only RAW Files will be accepted . NO digital enhancement or manipulation or identifying marks Registration is open from April 10-29, 2012 at the Museo na Dagupan.  Deadline of submission of entries is on May 2, 2012.
