Should have a great personality. 3. Must be intelligent, and charming. 4. Interested candidates must submit the following through email (festivalqueen@harlijk.com) on or before April 3, 2011: A. 1 pc. 3R Full Body picture B. 1 pc. 3R Close Up picture C. Complete real name, age, birthday 5. Those who will be selected through their pictures will no longer be required to attend the screening 6. Screening will be on April 9, 2011, 1 -4 pm at the Dagupan City Museum. 7.
