UPang High School Senior wins Voice of our Youth Cluster Contest

Vidal, a 4th year High School student from the University of Pangasinan emerged as the champion of the Voice of the Youth Impromptu Speaking Cluster Competition. He bested 8 participants from different schools as he expounded on the topic: "The Proposed K-12 Curriculum." All participants were in a closed room before the contest and were given only 15 minutes each to prepare for the topic before delivering their impromptu speech. Kim received a certificate, P3,000 cash prize and will represent the Cluster 2B in the District Eliminations in Baguio City on November 27, 2010.
