What's Up Dagupan?

Dagupan City's official website http://dagupan.gov.ph is now up and running. The site have been down since July 2010 and was under renovation after the change in administration of the city government. The site contains the message of the City Mayor , Hon. Benjamin S. Lim. It also contains pertinent information about the city and website linkages. What's Up Dagupan is deeply honored for being linked to the official Dagupan City website . Rest assured,  What's Up Dagupan  will continue its selfless community service by giving public information and chronicles of what's Hip and Hot in Dagupan City. We will continue to serve as a compendium of the news, events, culture, food, arts, language and music of Region I's "Pandaragupan!" Balbaleg ya salamat Dagupan !
