So that Dagupenos may know WHERE OUR MONEY will go to OR WILL NOT GO TO . Here is a copy of the Annual Budget of the City Government of Dagupan for Fiscal Year 2011. The departments/offices/items with omitted, disapproved or with ZERO budget were: Culture and Arts, Tourism, City Information Office, I.T. and Youth and Development . Aid to the 31 Barangays = P31,000 or P1,000 per barangay!
