Dagupan City Fiesta 2012 :  "BINGO SA BASURA" December 22, 7pm at Dagupan City Plaza.  Game Mechanics:  1. Upang makakuha ng libreng Bingo Game Card, maghanda lamang ng limang (5) plastik na bote na walang laman o di  kaya'y isang (1) kilo ng sari-saring plastik at ipagpalit para sa isang (1) Bingo Game Card. 2. Ang pamamahagi ng mga Bingo Game Cards ay magaganap sa itatalagang Barangay Hall sa mga itinakdang araw at petsa. 3. Ang bilang ng mga Bingo Game Cards na ipamimigay sa bawat barangay at tao ay limitado lamang kaya't siguraduhing handa na ang inyong mga plastik na bote o sari-saring plastik bago pa man dumating ang araw at oras ng pagpapapalit at pumila na ng maaga.
